Throughout our time trading since 1982 the company has undergone many changes, moving with technology to always offer our customers the best in quality and security, and continuing training methods to ensure all staff offer the quality of work our customers demand to maintain our high regard within the domestic market.

We have over the last 5 years undertaken many large commercial projects. This illustrates our versatility in moving direction to complete such large projects with the quality and finish our clients demand.

Our range of projects include:

   This project included removing the whole of the front section of the building and replacing with Upvc windows and doors, Cladding the whole of the front elevation, and installing top quality Oak fire doors to all internal offices both solid and vision panels. (see pictures in section)

  We have recently formed a growing relationship with the Primary care trust of Wakefield, and having undertaking a number of large refurbishment contracts to different health centres and are now being recommended to other Trusts within Yorkshire. 

Landlord Services

One particular project had to be handled sensitively as the owner of the property had tenants who unfortunately turned the house into a cannabis farm. The refurbishment included a full re-wire, new plumbing throughout as all copper pipes were stolen, new gas fittings and total decoration throughout with all carpets cleaned and disinfected.

Blue Yonder Research

This was one of our most challenging projects to date having been given a run down warehouse and asked to transform it into a luxury office suite for a successful local firm. Our brief was to make the space as comforting and homely as possible as Blue Yonder carry out focus groups on new products for blue chip companies. This process meant we had to include two sound proof rooms with one way vision panels. The new offices had replacement oak doors to the entrance, architectural glass doors to inner reception with acid etched company logo, suspended ceiling throughout with inset lighting, newly tiled bathroom areas with made to measure mirrors, kitchen facility including dish washer and fridge freezer, and commercial grade laminate floor that ran continuously throughout the whole of the building. The end finish after our decorating service had been completed was one of tasteful elegance required by such a high profile business.
